Micheal Gerstner is the Chief Operating Officer of Kellems Law, where he oversees the firm’s daily operations and information technology functions. Having joined the firm at its founding, Micheal works closely with founder Robert Kellems to build the operational foundation that supports personalized service, effective communication, and the firm’s long-term growth.

Micheal brings a background in business enterprise management, product development, and asset management, with experience in process improvement and organizational transformation. At Kellems Law, he applies that experience to the business side of the practice, helping align people, processes, and technology so the legal team can focus on serving clients.

His role supports the firm’s belief that clients deserve “Small Town Service. Big City Results.” For Micheal, that means helping build an organization where responsive service and reliable day-to-day operations work hand in hand. From coordinating internal business processes to overseeing the technology that keeps the office connected, his focus is on making the firm run effectively while preserving the personal attention that defines its approach.

As part of Kellems Law since its beginning, Micheal helps connect the firm’s founding vision with the practical demands of a growing practice. He works alongside Robert to strengthen internal systems, support the team, and prepare the firm for its next stages of growth in the Tampa community.

Outside the office, Micheal enjoys technical scuba diving. A former college baseball player, he also brings a team-oriented perspective to his role, recognizing that a strong organization depends on people working together toward a shared goal.
